Hi Rick, switching companies, I had to create another account, so here it is... Am okay with contributing to 9. Accessibility

@nadinarama I don't have your email address so here's a direct link to the planning doc for the Accessibility chapter. Your coauthor, Nektarios, is unable to use GitHub so we'll do the planning in the doc instead.

Should we add WebXR to the content topics? I am happy to help.

Good idea! Yeah this could fit in with the Media chapter. Are you interested in writing or reviewing?

Thanks @OBTo! Do you have a preference for author/reviewer for either chapter?

@flowlabs that would be great! The ones most in need of reviewers are Third Parties and Page Weight. I'll put you down for those. Thanks!

👋 Hi @AymenLoukil, it'd be great to have your help! We could use additional reviewers on the Markup, Fonts, PWA, and Mobile Web chapters. Do any of these sound like a good fit for you?

@AymenLoukil

Hi @rviscomi :) Great ! I could review #7 Fonts and #14 Mobile

Thanks @AymenLoukil! I've assigned you as a reviewer for those chapters and sent you an invitation to the Reviewers team. You can accept it via email or visit https://github.com/HTTPArchive.

We're currently in the data analysis phase, so there won't be much work for you to do until ~August. You can learn more about our timeline here. Meanwhile you can look over the list of metrics that have been agreed on for those chapters to become familiar with their contents. Let us know if anything is glaringly missing/wrong.

* First quick review

(typofixes, translating alternatives)

* Preserve original line numbers

    To facilitate the review of original text vs. translation side-by-side.

Also: microtypo fixes.

* Review => l338

* End of fine review

* Adding @allemas to translators

* Rename mise-en-cache to caching

* final updates

* update accessibility

* merge line

* Update src/content/fr/2019/caching.md

* Update src/content/fr/2019/caching.md

If it's not too much effort, could you also fix this in the English version as part of this PR as looks wrong there:

6% of requests have a time to time (TTL)

should be:

6% of requests have a Time to Live (TTL)

Co-Authored-By: Barry Pollard <barry_pollard@hotmail.com>

* Update src/content/fr/2019/caching.md

Do we need to state that all the directives are English language terms or is that overkill? If so need to check this doesn't mess up the markdown->HTML script.
