LineageOS 13 for SMI

This is a preview build of LineageOS 13 for SMI. Don't expect much!
It can do all kinds off bad stuff. Know how u need to restore back. I won't support you in any way if things go wrong. U are warned ;)

Not a daily driver!

WIP, don't use unless u know how this works. Still some leftovers from CM11 :P and more

• Enable vibrator (port changes to framework or build new vps module)
• Fix WVM codecs
• Fix network search and switch (2g/3g)
• Enable all kinds of optimizations

  -- Renderscript
  -- libm
  -- ART (Intel extensions and HT)
• Possibly many more

Also debug features are on. Device is a little slow with all those warnings, errors etc.
