可不可以怎加一个mini史蒂夫放在左下角，一点击它就弹出一个画面，可以输入自己的问题，让他帮忙解惑，如果帮不上忙可以转人工，类似淘宝里的客服

原因

这项优化让我可以更方便地使用pcl 2
如果没有这项优化，我每次都必须查询百度，让操作变得很麻烦。
