描述

添加离线披风，在设置皮肤中添加添加披风（可选）

原因

这项优化让我可以更方便地用披风。
如果没有这项优化，我每次都必须参加活动，无法使用，让操作变得很麻烦。

离线不安装 Mod 无法设置披风，技术问题。
