I'm not great at reading the source code here, but I have a feeling this can be split into a player script and a script for the enemies

This is kinda fixed @ #33 - Perhaps renaming the script altogether and move it inside a more appropriate folder would be better, since NPC is not really a good description of what it does :)

Actually if you shoot the place where there was a mob the bullets will still get absorbed. I think that could be fixed.
