[Feature] Add 'Settings' and 'Restart' to main menu

-Gunter D. suggested to add 'Settings ' to main menu
-since we cache the main menu (you can disable by option) i often use restart by context menu, lets add 'Restart' to menu too

if someone doesn't like it, let us know, then we make options to hide the respective icons 'Open Folder', 'Pin Menu', 'Settings', 'Restart', 'File and folder counter'
(therefore in Menu.cs SetType(MenuType type) set for each control visibile true/false)
