Thanks @akmiller01 This looks good and it is in line with the latest update of the OECD DAC codelist in the recipient category: http://www.oecd.org/development/financing-sustainable-development/development-finance-standards/dacandcrscodelists.htm
I have been in touch with the DAC to ask if regional grouping can be added to the XML codelist but without repsponse at the moment. As such, I am happy to go ahead with merging this pull request to ensure the IATI region codelist is up-to-date. I will continue engaging with our contacts at the DAC to see if we can have an automation for the region codelist as well.

Here is the updated Channel Code codelist from the OECD XML file as updated on May 5, 2020. As far as I can tell, the XML only contains one additional code (
41151) and all of the other modifications are simply changes to withdrawn/active status and activation-dates.
