As we move to start working more closely with individual publishers it would be extremely useful to have any codelist value errors listed on a publisher's individual dashboard page

Yes.

FYI @iatisupport I can see on dev that @Bjwebb has started to segment aggregated code lists between valid and non-valid values, eg: http://dev.dashboard.iatistandard.org/codelist/recipient-country_@code.html

This replaces tooltips for the list of publishers on the codelist page,
and makes it easy for us to now show >20 publishers without the UI being
cluttered.

I've now added codelist information to an individual publisher page, e.g.: http://dev.dashboard.iatistandard.org/publisher/dfid.html#p_codelists
