Brings in Codelist changes since 2017-08-07.

Doing this manually is... a pain.

Automating the process would be sensible (or at least keep pyIATI up-to-date with the SSOT whenever anything changes).

As you've just done this, what are the manual steps that need doing to complete this task?

Might be worth noting in an issue (as a first step towards automation).

To do it manually:

  1. Find when you need to update since
  2. Look for PRs in the various SSOT repos making relevant changes since this date
  3. Copy the latest content of modified files to pyIATI

An automated solution shouldn't look anything like this (instead being 1. Re-download the latest version of everything), so the manual steps aren't at all relevant for that task.
