As-is, the first thing
isBalanced()does is clobber itssortedCurrentSubscriptionsargument. This changes its signature to ditch that argument, and continue its current behavior of deriving its ownsortedCurrentSubscriptionsviasortMemberIDsByPartitionAssignments(currentAssignment).
