Synchronise the language of the test book and the website

For each test, the book says "Indicate Pass or Fail" whereas the form used to complete an evaluation and the results table use "supported" and "not supported".

Closing this as with the new site, everything is termed "Pass/Fail" as opposed to Supported/Not Supported, which I never liked anyway.
