Basic Django Template

Start with basic django project template:

$ django-admin startproject foo
$ python foo/manage.py startapp bar
$ mkdir foo/bar/templates
$ mkdir foo/templates

$ tree foo

Prepare the database and run the server with:

python manage.py migrate
