145 add id to each viewer routes

• Add "Copy Link" button. Paste link in browser window should jump to that item (with corresponding tab selection). e.g. http://localhost:3000/DFR3Viewer?type=repairs&id=5d66d28c5648c42cccfbd369&isMapping=true
• When changing any tabs, it will restore to normal view
• Fix the mapping "close metadata" bug along the way

Can we add some formatting here to have some space above the delete button?

I tried copying the link using the button on Data viewer. The copied text gets messed up like this:
