Changes

  • Removes the "This theme recommends the following plugins" message on fresh installs of Largo
  • Removes the TGM Plugin Activation functionality and classes from Largo

Why

Partially addresses #1570 by removing the list, but we'll want to provide an updated list of plugins somewhere, perhaps on labs.inn.org
