We need a section in the metadata tab (and perhaps accessible from the Files tab as well) to display all detailed metadata for each file in the dataset. This will include metadata from file header, variable metadata (for tabular files), file provenance metadata, etc.

We should also support a way to export this file metadata into various formats.

For displaying file level metadata, we are moving towards an individual file page that shows file level metadata.

#3252 - Tabular
#3259 - FITS
#3251 - Worldmap
