* Two new configs are added for IEEE14 PowerGrid used by GNN * the DC generation notebook updated * a verification is added for power grid simulator to exclude NaN values * config path is converted to string in _save_metadata * lips init updated to get version * the setup file updated to get the version from package init * a manifest file added * setup.cfg added * DataSet Class updated by updating magic methods * get sizes function updated to compute tau size * DC approximation updated by adding an argument to avoid the assert, it is required for IDF env * PlotData class updated to add some additional arguments for the visualization of observations of power grid * TfResNetPowerGrid class updated with a corrected import and a function to perform topology encoding * benchmark config files are updated with competition configuration sections * gitignore updated * setup and requirements files are updated with new versions * circleci config dep_key updated
