Fit4Win is an app developed to facilitate efficient documentation and conveyance of information between the patient and the doctor. This app is developed using React Native and the data is stored in NoSQL format in Firebase.
The welcome screen displays the Login and Registration options for patients. If a doctor wishes to access the patient information he/she can click on the 'Are you a Doctor?' option.
First continuing with the patient registration, the following screen is displayed. After entering the credentials the phone number will be verified with the help of OTP.
After registering we can login through the login screen. We will be redirected to the welcome page. Here we can see several options like:
- Find a Doctor: Where we can view the profiles of all the registered doctors.
- My Doctors: List of all the doctors that we have added to as 'My Doctor'.
- Allergies: List of all the allergies that we have added, along with an option to add new ones.
- Medications: Entries of all the medications that we are currently taking.
- My Family: Information of all the family members along with the relation type.
- Add Family Member: An option to add someone as our family.
We can add a doctor to the my doctors panel by opening up a doctor's profile and clicking on 'Add as my doctor'. In the same way we can link our account with a family member by specifying the relationship:

Considering the doctor's point of view. The registration and login page for the Doctor is as follows. A similar OTP verification process for the doctor's phone number verification is carried out.
The doctor can view the patient's family information in order to find any correlation between viral infections or presence of genetic dispositions. The allergies and the medications of the patient are displayed to the doctor.
The doctor can generate a PDF of the prescription and send it via Whatsapp or other messaging platforms:
