REST eXceed Vote Project for Web Services.
eXceed Vote is a software for voting projects in a "Software Development Training Camp" (called eXceed Camp). Our goal is to use the software to replace the old paper voting system, which will probably make Noey happy.
The installation instructions is included in a file called INSTALL.md.
This version of software is the smaller version of the original eXceed Vote Project. using RESTFUL web service to communicate with the RESTFUL eXceed Vote server. This version is not contain the commissioner's features and does not contain the database.
