Something related with a change done in the drop-down combo to choose the project for the report Project Details.

By default, it only shows the active projects for the user, but this kind of report is mainly used by project managers and they need to consult many projects and not the ones they are assigned to. So by
default it should show all the actives projects for the company (the option that is possible to choose in the drop-down combo as "Load all active projects")

This patch removes the option 'Load all active projects', since this
is already the default behavior.
