Version 1.6 and older have a bug that prevents uninstall/upgrade from completing successfully. A clean uninstall of version 1.6 is recommended before installing version 1.7 or higher. If the installer hangs during uninstall of version 1.6 (or during upgrade to an higher version), please open Task Manager and kill the process "printerutil.exe". We apologize for the inconvenience.
