Here I added some new basics, but a lot of packets and Item structure are not finished. This will be added coming soon.

GoNBT will be made into a submodule, and there will be an actual API for forms. Please don't hurry too much with all these things. I'm going to close this is if you're okay with that. Please separate your changes for packets as an example in single PRs. |

It needs to know, that gonbt is copied from github.com/Irmine/GoNBT to src due more easier api.
