I think you can escape special characters — have a look to the reference manual

Hello Jean-Claude,
In continuation with my previous mail for searching C#,C++, the actual problem is that word "C#" or "C++" is not being indexed as it is instead being indexed as "C".
Your response will be highly appreciated.
