Install on your site like any normal library.

Example 1, log:
     jimport('debug.debug');
     $log = JDLib::getLog();
     $log->debug("JDLib Debug test");

Example 2, log:
     jimport('debug.debug');
     $log = JDLib::getLog();
     $log->debug(__CLASS__.':'.__METHOD__.':'.__LINE__.'>'."Initialized");
