Adds an undefinedFirstValue option to the select component that, when enable, makes the value 0 unselectable.

This is useful for select boxes that should not have a default value. In this case, the first label can be used as a description text.

I'm not sure if this is the best API, but it's good enough for now.

With some trickery, this also allows to implement some basic dropdown menus.
