UNFCCC data for M.AG.ELV, CH4 has a very high peak. No other changes. Investigate the source of the data to check if it is correct.

Data in NC2 does not have this peak (at least not the data available in tables and graphs). The inventory for year 2000 lists 0 emissions for CH4 in M.AG.ELV. It's unclear where the data in the UNFCCC DI interface comes from. Replace it with data read from the NC 2 report in a future version.
