This ticket is a bit of a summary of W&D components that would each have their own ticket when the time comes (and this should be deleted).

Staging point notes from Enda:

• Does W&D run OK in 404 (if it does not very long at all, if it doesn’t order weeks to resolve. I mention as Jason has recently mentioned some river bug he has found with other configs and WAD)
• Require UBS scheme fully optimized, At a guess order 2-4 weeks if focused on it
• Require Proper bathy to deal with EMODNET LAT issue
  (Was spinning up on that last summer but it got put to one side)
  Maybe a week to set something crude built a few weeks to assess and tinker with
• A long run to asses. Probably a month.
