Tartarus currently contains 12 custom biomes with plans to add more. A list of all the biomes and its descriptions can be found in this Wiki, as well as screenshots.

NOTE: The descriptions for these biomes under the biome list do not alter the game mechanics, as the text implies. Their sole purpose is to give the biomes more life, to make exploration a bit more enjoyable, instead of the dead and desolate feel that vanilla biomes give off.
