100 async select performance

Hello,

We have form that has 100 fields which have identical async select compoenents.

they all share the same state and on state change thay are all being sned the same value.
the performance is very bad. seems like the compoenent renders afe times on its own and that multiplies by the amount of async select on the page....

Is there anything we can do to reduce lagging? is there a preffered way to show approx.. 100 async select on the page?
