Here are the files to creat a new docker image to host R v4.1.2

2. CranBioc Packages installed along with docker build are listed in installed_CranBioc.txt

3. biodb, github (add nichenetr) and future packages were copied from Jonas Schrepping's docker system.

1. make a list for python packages and install via pip install -r docker_python.txt
