Hi,
thank you for creating this awesome tool! The 'Probe Information Window' is especially useful for me. However, upon right-clicking on the black window displaying the probe (within the Probe Information Window) and selecting 'Export...', a small Export window is opening. However, it's impossible to select this window and choose one of the export options. Only after closing the 'Probe Information Window' is it possible to select the export window and continue with the export. While png works fine, csv export fails with Exception: "Must have a PlotItem selected for CSV export". What am I missing? Is there another way to export areas+depth coordinates along the probe track?
Hope you find the time soon to make HERBS even better!
Moritz

Hi, sorry for the extremely late reply. I guess I was on vacation in June and forgot to reply this after I read this. Currently, only saving images works when right clicking plotting window. If you want to save data, you have to go to HERBS -> Files -> Save xxxx. All objects are saved in pickle in python. I can expand the saving format if you would like to have it in CSV.
