I currently have a mouse implanted with a Neuropixels 2.0 probe and would like to try to compare the activity to probe trajectories aligned to the atlas. I do not yet have histology for this mouse, but would like to try to "guess" the location of the probe to compare the site locations to some of the functional activity on the corresponding channels. As far as I can tell, while you can select a Neuropixel 2.0 as a probe type, you still need to add shanks one at a time?
Is there any way to add shanks in a way that is consistent with the true geometry of the shank placement for the NP2.0 probe?
Thank you for a really useful tool!
