• fix CD-Text issue on Mac

Better Cue support

...thanks to taglib and ffmpeg more media formats are allowed in cu sheet file.

Now supported media used in cue sheet:

• AAC / ALAC (as m4a)
• MP3 (sorry)
• APE
• OGG
• WAVE
• FLAC

Bits per sample and sampling rate will be converted if needed.

CD to NetMD v0.1.8.1

What's new:

• reads CUE Sheet (support bin, flac or wave media)

Please Note: The Mac version can't read CD-Text. Also with newest libcdio this hasn't changed. But as any older Mac version wasn't able to read CD-Text this is nothing new.

Supports Linux and Mac

Please check out the Debian package. It is based on Ubuntu x86_64 18.04 LTS and should therefore run on a bunch of distributions.
Incompatible libs are statically compiled in (libjson-c, libcdio, -cdda and -paranoia). Needed rules file is installed so no further steps are needed.
