Redesign and additional features for the project browser pane and document save states.

This MR:

  • Separates the project browser pane into its own class
  • Add interaction options
    • Hide the project browser
    • Expand/collapse for directories
  • Fix unintuitive UX for creating and opening projects (CTRL+N has a dialog for what to create, e.g. Project/File)
  • Disables MainWindow context actions to show/hide toolbars, which were inconsistent with custom methods to show/hide toolbars
