Swarm Electric Field Instrument Thermal Ion Imager (TII) Level 0 image processing C library.
This library provides a C API for reading and processing TII imagery from EFI Level 0 files from the European Space Agency's Swarm mission. Details on the EFI and TII can be found in Knudsen et al. (2017).
