Week 2:

What I am going to do?

During this week, I discuss and decide with my team the project idea. And learn a few about how to use Django and HTML

Are there any obstacles in the way?

The only obstacle is that we are going to use Django to create the project and I don't know how to program in HTML

Week 3:

What did I do?

I did some research on Functional Requirements and provided functionalities for the project to implementation. Also, I watched some videos about Django and HTML to understand better its use.

What I am going to do?

I completed the requirements statement and finish de workshop about Django that the teacher assign us in class.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

Although I have some problems with the installation of some programs while doing the workshop the coding part was all perfect thanks to the videos a saw during the week

Week 4:

What did I do?

I tried to overtake most of the workshop part B as I could and also, work on the project with my team.

What I am going to do?

Try to finish part B of the workshop and learn more about how to use Django.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

I have some problems so I wait till the class to ask the teacher for some help

Week 5:

What did I do?

I work a lot on the project, especially on the requirements and the rest of the items.

What I am going to do?

Try to finish part B of the workshop and keep working on the project to have everything done for the first delivery.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

I still have problems with part B so I'll talk with the monitor to see if he can help me to solve the problem.

Week 6:

What I did: Last week, I worked on expanding our database model, making it bigger and more specific.

What's next: I'll be fixing things in the database and admin models and trying out the CRUD functions on the admin page.

Challenges: Sometimes, it's a bit tough to organize everyone's ideas for the database model, but I'll make sure to listen to everyone.

Week 7:

What I did: I continued working on the database model, making it more extensive and detailed.

What's next: Next week, I'm planning to make necessary corrections to the database and admin models and experiment with CRUD functions on the admin page.

Challenges: Coordinating ideas with the team for the database model can be a bit tricky, but I'm committed to listening to everyone's input.

Week 8:

What I did: This past week, I shifted my focus to working on the user interface, especially after finishing the database model. I added features like product displays and search functionality.

What's next: In the upcoming week, I'll work on making the product interfaces more attractive and user-friendly.

Challenges: Fortunately, there haven't been any major problems.

Week 9:

What I did: In Week 9, I concentrated on improving the user interface by adding a category template and connecting it to product filtering by category.

What's next: In the next week, I'll fix small interface issues, like the language used in the footer, to ensure a smooth user experience.

Challenges: Thankfully, there haven't been any significant obstacles so far.

Week 2:

What am I going to do?

I will dedicate myself to understand the problem my colleagues propose to address, or see possible alternatives. In any case try to see how to implement the part of data analytics that we are asked.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

First of all, I couldn't go to class, so it was a little difficult to get up to speed on what the team wanted to do and the conditions shared during the class. For my part, it is difficult to know which type of project can be implemented and which cannot.

Week 3:

What did I do?

As a team we were able to make the project idea clear, this being a system that would help a small neighborhood vendor maximize their reach. I was able to give ideas on how to implement data analytics in the project. I was also able to define a part of the functional requirements of the system.

What am I going to do?

I'm going to learn more about Django, given how necessary it will be in our project. I'm going to help my team to define the other specific things we need for the project and for the deliverable.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

Week 4:

What did I do?

I was able to establish restrictions for the use of the system by the different actors. As for the part of product recommendation, a perhaps inefficient way to do the process, is to make a customer's liking for a product and indirectly start at 0 or neutral, and as the corresponding feedback is given, increase or decrease and I get the recommendation of this. We defined practically all the functional requirements along with some non-functional requirements of our system. We talked with the teacher to solve some doubts.

What am I going to do?

We started as a team to advance in a good part of deliverable number 1. Especially to pass the requirements that are almost ready. I am going to advance especially the points 1 of the deliverable, and in an auxiliary way the points 2 and 3. We are going to improve the class model to make it an efficient and concise system.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

It is still difficult to perfect the correct class model for the database, as there is discussion between what should go and what should not. Some points of the deliverable are a bit confusing

Week 5:

What did I do?

I did with my work team the rest of the missing points of the deliverable, the video, and other diagrams, we have also discussed from small to big details of the project, many times we have reached consensus and we feel that this makes our project better and better.

What am I going to do?

I will support the first deliverable of the work with my team, more than the fact that we are doing well, I hope to receive adequate feedback to improve what we are doing.

Are there any obstacles in the way?

It is difficult to know the proper way to make an effective product recommendation algorithm, I will ask Prof. Paola about it.

Week 7:

What did I do?

What am I going to do?

Im going to do some corrections into the detail product and add some products to show in the interface

Are there any obstacles in the way?
