Is it possible to set a default property for qml?

In c++ we can do Q_CLASSINFO("DefaultProperty", "propertyName"), but I can't find any way to do this purely on the rust side without writing a c++ wrapper (this is useful for children)

At the moment using Q_CLASSINFO is not possible, so you need to do the workaround, lets convert this to an issue to add support later.
