Is ckan's exe file signed (to be published)?

Just a question because Microsoft Defender SmartScreen had marked ckan.exe as unrecognized

No. We've looked into that (see #1354 and #2548) and could not find a free option for getting a certificate.

Thank you, so Microsoft Defender SmartScreen was incorrect, I will continue my download
