The Dynasoar Orbiter, by itself, has a rollout time of 20 days 14hrs and 58mins on a 142t-190t Pad for an Atlas-Centaur.
The Dynasoar Orbiter Vehicle I'm using is made up of :
1x Dynasoar Cockpit - 13 Days 13hrs 17mins Rollout Time
1x Dynasoar Cargo Bay - 2h 16mins
1x Dynasoar Equipment Compartment - 13h 45mins
1x Dynasoar Fore Skid - 1mins
2x Dynasoar Wing - 2x2hrs 16mins
2x Dynasoar Elevon - 2x25mins
2x Dynasoar Vertical Stabilizer - 2x28mins
2x Dynasoar Aft Skid - 2x1mins
So it seems the majority of our problem lies in the cockpit.
Now comparing the Dynasoar Cockpit's rollout time to other cockpits/capsules...
It seems like the reason for this is that the Dynasoar has the "Cockpit" tag, while the Apollo capsule does not. The "Cockpit" tag has a part multiplier of 2, which likely leads to that over double rollout time. Not sure why it's not exactly double, but that's the only main difference I can find.
Not sure if the best solution would be to remove the cockpit tag from the Dynasoar part or add it to the Apollo Capsule, either decision would mean that it would need to be done to all of the other similar things like it. The best solution might be to just keep it, as the Dynasoar, Shuttle, and X-15 were all planes that were at least partially controlled and had to re-enter the atmosphere.
Removing the tag would also exclude it from leader bonuses. I do wonder though how the rollout time is double that of Apollo CM. It costs about twice as much as 🦕.
