Actions:

  • Data structure: visualise naming/dependencies of CSV files currently used for kwb.qmra -> develop database structure in MS ACCESS and fill with parameters and naming currently used in R package kwb.qmra (deadline: 2018-07-12, responsible: Michael)
    • First draft version of MS ACCESS database kwb.qrma-db v0.1 with R script generating table structure based on KWB data and screenshot with table dependencies (completed: 2018-07-05)

    • Develop a controlled vocabulary for treatment processes, pathogens, health parameters, and so on. (inspiration: http://vocabulary.odm2.org/.

      • Update database developed in step 1 with naming convention for WWTP treatment schemes (deadline: 2018-07-12, responsible: Michael)
      • Other parameters together with Patrick (proposed deadline: 2018-09-30, responsible: Michael, Patrick)
      • Develop more general database structure based on data used by R package kwb.qmra and QMRA treatment calculator allowing to integrate knowledge from different sources (e.g. WHO literature values) inspiration: http://odm2.org/, (proposed deadline: 2018-10-30, responsible: Michael, Patrick)

kwb.qmra-db.v0.1.zip (containing first draft of MS ACCESS database and R script using data from Old Ford Public Irrigation scenario for generating and exporting the tables to ACCESS)
