v5.5.0 upgraded to the rclone browser fork, https://github.com/Alkl58/RcloneBrowser/
Due to some dislike of the install method, some issues with powershell, and just it being time for a change, we removed the AGBrowserInstall.bat and now rclone is used to grab the majority of the files. Grab the SETUP.7z and find a likely location for it to live in, i like c:\ myself. "Extract Here" and then enter the ARMGDDN Browser folder and run the install.bat. That's it. The download of the install.7z through rclone may take about 30 seconds or more to start, do not panic. As always if you need help you can get it at the ARMGDDN Games Telegram or by using the link in the ARMGDDN Browser folder.
