Docker container for USGS's Integrated Software for Imagers and Spectrometers version 3 (ISIS3). Singularity file is also offered which bootstraps the Docker image.
$ISIS3DATA
is set to /isis3data
. By default, the directory is empty, you must mount the data download onto the image from the host along with your work area so you can pass them into ISIS applications and have persistent output.
