Use OpenCascade instead (maybe optionally) of OCE

OpenCascade is available as a bottled brew package.

Using this instead of OCE would make the build process faster and smaller.

I vote for some way to easily configure this. It seesm that at some time OCC is better than OCE and sometimes the opposite...

OCC is actively maintained while OCE lags. We don't use the new features but the bug fixes are nice.

Is this something someone else wants to take the lead on? I'm not against this at all, just trying to be prudent with my hours. I am probably the best person to tackle the Python changes for macOS.
