Move obsolete Memory_RAM parts to obsolete folder

This PR moves several obsolete Memory_RAM parts to the obsolete folder, there are no other changes.

Although Travis reports errors, I did not change the parts. It looks like an earlier commit to this library was made with v5, which has changed the order of drawing items within a part.

To avoid this and other problems, I could provide a fix for comparelibs.py which ignores the order of drawing items when comparing components.
