Clickable collapse doesn't work in 1.4.1

Tried to collapse my lists with a mouse click, but that sadly doesn't work anymore. Key shortcut (cmd + ]) still works though.

Do you try to click here in front of the line? That works for me

I did try that yes, I usually use it that way but that doesn't work for me anymore (macOS 10.13.4).
I also clicked on the three dots behind the line for opening the list, that does work.

I'm using an Italian keyboard: the ctrl+] shortcut doesn't work.
Clicking on the three dots does work.
Clicking on the left arrow doesn't work.

Couple of issues from the latest release. Looks like these are common.
v1.4.0 - Windows 10

• Issue - Trigger area for fold is "off" to the left. See below.

• Issue - Ctrl + ] no longer creates a fold. I'm using a standard english keyboard.
  (Is this correct? the above should create a fold as well? It does toggle existing ones, but doesn't create a new one).

Working on a fix. The clickable area and the arrow indicator are not always in the same place now that we have variable margins. It mostly works but breaks when you use FromScratch in e.g. fullscreen. Fix incoming!
