This allows any cart to accept animals or peds.
HOW TO INSTALL:
STEP 1) add ensure putincart_kw into your server.cfg
STEP 2) add putincart_kw to resources folder

USAGE:
Pick up any dead animal or ped, go to the back of any wagon / cart and hold LEFT ALT.
KNOWN ISSUES:
not performance friendly, will be optimized.
