Addition of x8s Pool

here are changes for servers.ini and guiminer.py to add the x8s Pool with balance check

Would be cool if this could get into your code :)

There'll be a new GUIMiner release later today with your pool in it.

It might be a good idea to have a little tutorial on your site showing how to set up with GUIMiner & your pool. Even if it was just a few lines of text and a couple screenshots it would help less technical users (in other words, the 99.9% of the population that's not coders like us) to get going.
