Release including manual

The method for the ATP simulation has now been published:
Knut Andreas Meyer, Magnus Ekh, Johan Ahlström, (2019), "Material model calibration against axial-torsion-pressure experiments accounting for the non-uniform stress distribution", Finite Elements in Analysis and Design,163, pp 1-13.

Several stability improvements and bug fixes have been introduced as well.

Initial release of software. Manual not included due to an ongoing publishing process.
