args = nullfixes transparent #if kha blocks, if you change between kha and haxe providers.Timeout hack removes code actions duplicates and fixes some of them, because of it.
There is no something with promise in vshaxe api to wait for vshaxe init, before adding provider without this problem, but this delay should not disturb much.
