Audit Trail

An [audit trail] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audit_trail) will be implemented which will record actions taken by a user. This will assist in identifying suspicious activity and identifying the path a user has taken prior to an error occurring.

Left unchecked, the amount of audit data can grow quickly so the system administrator should have a simple way of deleting old logs.

Ultimately this functionality should allow the SIS to be rolled back to a particular point in time if the data exists to support it, but this is not a goal in the initial version.
