nextSIS will be supported through the provision of the following:
- Context-sensitive application help screens, preferably with help on screen where possible
- An application website at [nextSIS.org] (http://nextsis.org) (see below)
The [nextSIS.org] (http://nextsis.org) website will provide:
- An outline of the system's features
- A direct enquiry form
- A user guide implemented as a wiki
- A forum for users and prospective users
Technical support and documentation will be run through GitHub (here) where the source code is located. This allows:
- This technical documentation wiki
- Bug reporting and tracking
